Lump quicklime
A ball quicklime is a lumpy material consisting of calcium oxides (primarily CaO) and magnesium (MgO). In a small amount, it may contain silicates, ferrites, calcium and magnesium aluminates, and undecomposed parts of calcium carbonate. The content of these components is determined by the purity of the raw material and the characteristics of production.

HYDRATED LIME
Hydrated lime, commonly referred to as “slaked lime”, is a dry powder produced by the interaction of ball or ground lime with water. The result of this process is the conversion of calcium and magnesium oxides into hydrates that are more inert chemically and have other physical properties.
